Nm01 2 asb hate cases per 1000

cases /1,000 homes · extracted · landlord-year

This counts the subset of anti-social behaviour cases that involved hate — abuse targeting someone's race, religion, disability, sexuality and so on — per 1,000 homes. These are among the most serious incidents a tenant can face at home. A high number may reflect real problems in an area or better recording of hate incidents; a low number is only reassuring if tenants also say they feel safe and well supported.

missingnessStock-transfer (LSVT) councils are absent — they own no stock, so absence is structural, not missing data. Only large landlords (1,000+ social homes) report; Files 05/06 list excluded landlords. CH01/CH02 also have `_LCHO`/`_COMB` variants in File 04 — landlords reporting combined tenures carry values in the `_COMB` columns, so check variants before treating a value as missing.
score_noteTiny counts; subset of NM01 with mostly noise at landlord level.
peer_groupregistered landlords (RSH-regulated, 1,000+ homes) — not yet scored on the leaderboard

ASB hate-incident cases per 1,000 homes

ASB cases involving hate incidents opened per 1,000 homes (NM01·2, File 04, a subset of NM01·1). Small counts make rates volatile for smaller landlords; recording-practice differences matter. Numerator and denominator columns are present in File 04, so the rate can be recomputed or re-based.
