This is the share of council tenants who, in the annual satisfaction survey, said they are satisfied with the overall service from their landlord. It is the headline 'bottom line' measure: one number summing up how tenants feel about everything — repairs, safety, communication, their home. A high percentage means most tenants are broadly happy with their landlord; a low one means widespread dissatisfaction that usually shows up in the more specific measures too.

| missingness | Stock-transfer (LSVT) councils are absent — they own no stock, so absence is structural, not missing data. Only large landlords (1,000+ social homes) report; Files 05/06 list excluded landlords. A landlord's perception figures sit in File 01 (`_LCRA`) *or* File 03 (`_COMB`, for landlords reporting LCRA+LCHO combined) — merge both files for full coverage, else the value appears missing. |
| score_note | Headline perception measure — kept as the representative of the TP family. |

Percentage of surveyed tenants satisfied with the overall service from their landlord (TP01). This is the headline TSM perception measure and the broadest single read on how tenants experience a council as landlord. Survey-based: carries a per-landlord margin of error (Estimated_margin_LCRA), and collection-mode effects are large — control for Predominant_method_LCRA and Census_or_Sample_LCRA when comparing landlords. Interpretation per the data dictionary: "Satisfied with overall service from landlord".
