Tp06 listens satisfaction

% of respondents satisfied · extracted · landlord-year

This is the share of surveyed tenants who agreed their landlord listens to their views and acts on them. It measures whether tenants feel heard, not just serviced. A high percentage means the council genuinely engages with tenants and follows through; a low one means people feel ignored — a frustration that tends to spill over into complaints and lower satisfaction across the board.

missingnessStock-transfer (LSVT) councils are absent — they own no stock, so absence is structural, not missing data. Only large landlords (1,000+ social homes) report; Files 05/06 list excluded landlords. A landlord's perception figures sit in File 01 (`_LCRA`) *or* File 03 (`_COMB`, for landlords reporting LCRA+LCHO combined) — merge both files for full coverage, else the value appears missing.

Listens and acts satisfaction (TP06)

Percentage of tenants satisfied that their landlord listens to their views and acts upon them (TP06). A read on tenant engagement and responsiveness of the landlord's governance. Survey-based: carries a per-landlord margin of error (Estimated_margin_LCRA), and collection-mode effects are large — control for Predominant_method_LCRA and Census_or_Sample_LCRA when comparing landlords. Interpretation per the data dictionary: "Satisfied landlord listens to views and acts on them".
