Ho findings by category outcome

findings/year · extracted · landlord-year

When the independent housing watchdog rules on tenants' cases, each ruling concerns a particular service — repairs, complaint handling, health and safety, and so on — and ends in a verdict from 'no fault' to serious failure. This breaks the landlord's rulings down both ways at once. It matters because it shows not just how often the landlord fails, but exactly where: a high count in one category flags the service dragging everything down.
