Ho landlord type

category · extracted · landlord-year

Not every social landlord is a council: some are housing associations, others are arms-length bodies managing council homes. This simply records which kind of organisation each landlord is. It matters because comparisons are only fair within a type — councils, associations and others face different pressures — and because it's how you filter this landlord data down to councils specifically.
