When the independent housing watchdog finds a landlord at fault, it tells the landlord what to do about it — apologise, pay compensation, do the repair, or review how it works. This breaks those instructions down by type. It matters because it shows the character of the failures: lots of 'review your practice' orders point to systemic problems, while apologies and payments point to one-off harm.

| missingness | Table rows exist only for landlords with 5+ findings in 2024-25 — treat absence as missing, not zero. Join to LGSCO/TSM data is by landlord name and lossy (ALMO/association names don't match council names). |
| score_note | Remedy-mix detail — informative colour, overlapping orders-made and recommendations. |
| peer_group | registered landlords (RSH-regulated, 1,000+ homes) — not yet scored on the leaderboard |
Orders and recommendations broken down by remedy type — what landlords were actually told to do, from apologies to wider practice reviews. Empty cells mean 0 in this sheet, unlike row absence, which means the landlord is below the 5-findings threshold.
